Are you contacting us to settle an estate?

In this case, you can contact us by any means, in order to discuss the case which requires a search. The consultation may be carried out by telephone or in writing. In all cases, a member of the Westrich Gen SA team can meet you for a brief examination of the file, before rendering an opinion and, as the case may be, proposing to handle the file. A written opinion will be prepared by Westrich Gen in order to propose a fee arrangement and, as the case may be, a fee amount.

A written mission order must then be addressed to Westrich Gen SA, who will acknowledge receipt then initiate the work to be performed.

A search request may also be addressed directly to Westrich Gen SA, with copies of the relevant documents available for your file, such as family record books, copies of deeds, copies of notarised documents.
