Westrich Gen SA is a Luxembourg company located in the city of Luxembourg, whose activity is the search for heirs, co-owners and beneficiaries, in order to settle Luxembourg and international estates.
As the company holds the PSA “Régleurs de sinistres” approval (issued on 2/10/2019 under the reference S081/19 by the Ministry of Finance of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), it is at the disposal of insurance companies and banks in the context of locating persons holding an insurance or bank account that has become inactive.
Westrich Gen SA is also member of The Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL).
The Company, with its highly specialised secretariat and a team of genealogical researchers, has a genealogical library and a vast digital database and rapidly intervenes in any point of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to carry out its investigations. It also uses correspondents for all research outside of the country.
Westrich Gen SA has in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg inheritance law and in particular the provisions which determine who the heirs are in each family configuration. In the same way, Westrich Gen SA has all the expertise necessary to handle Belgian, German or French files.
